After you have arranged an appointment with our reception staff, please follow the tips below in order to make your visit as quick and convenient as possible and please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Please arrange to have your medical records and any diagnostic images (MRIs, CT scans, x-rays) sent in advance or bring a copy with you.
Bring a list of all medications you currently are taking or have taken recently, whether over-the-counter or prescription. Include the strength and dosage of each medication.
We will also need information about your insurance coverage. If any of this information changes between visits, please let us know so we can update your records. Bring your insurance cards and a photo ID.
Do you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify our front office at least 24 hours in advance. You may be asked to reschedule if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your session.
Our consultation fees vary depending on the type of specialist service provided. Detailed fee information will be provided at the time of booking. If you have private health insurance or are eligible for Medicare rebates, we can assist you with the necessary claims.
To ensure fair access to appointments and minimise disruptions, we kindly request adequate notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
